3. Windows and doors are brok�n, leaving the house open to <br />trnneiente and minor children who live at or near the aite. <br />4. There is heavy vandalism to the atructure. Arson fires have becn <br />set in the building. <br />5. The building ie an attractive nuisance to inquisitive minore. <br />II. The City of Everett Building Official has found conditione in the <br />building, which ie located on the above described property, to be <br />dangerous pursuant to Section 302 of the Uniform Code for the Abatement <br />of Dangerous Buildings. Some of thoae conditions are noted as followa: <br />1. Tfie building is an attractive nuisance to children, a hxrbor for <br />vagrants, nnd a haven for arsoniats. <br />2. The building ie maintained in violation of apecific requirements <br />applicable to such buildinga provided by the building regulatiane <br />of this city, as specified in the Housing Code ae adopted by <br />ordinance by thia City relating to the condition of such <br />buildings. <br />3. The building has been ubandoned for a period exceeding six <br />months, aud hae become an attractive nuieance and a l�uzard to the <br />health, safety, and welfare of the public. <br />III. The building ahi�ll either be repaired in accordance with the current <br />Bu:lding Code or demolished. <br />IV. Since the building ia uninhabitable in its present condition, it ehall <br />remain vacant un[il such time as the building is repaired in accordance <br />with the current Building Code or demoliehed. <br />V. If the ownere elect to repair the building according to the current <br />Building Code, all required permits must be secured therefore, and the <br />work phyeically commenced within eixty (60) days of the date of thia <br />OrGer. All work muat be completed in compliance with the Duilding Code <br />within ninety (90) daya of the date of this Order. <br />VI. If the owners elect to demolieh [he building, all required permits must <br />be secured therefore within sixty (60) days of the date of this Order. <br />All work muat be completed in compliance with the Building Code within <br />ninety (90) days of the date �f thia Order. <br />VI.
