VII. If the required repair or dernolition is not commenced within the time <br />set forth. in Paragrapha V and VI, the City of Everett will order the <br />building to remain vacated and proceed ro cause the building to be <br />demolistied. All expenses incurred as a result of the demolition of the <br />buildin� shall be made a pereanal obligation of the property ownere :ind <br />said charge ehall be aesessed against the property, in which case the <br />City of Everett shall ask t:�e City Treasurer to enter L•he amount of the <br />aeseasment upon the tax rolla againat the property and collect the same <br />with regulnr property taxes, witlt interest at aucli rate as provided for <br />in RCW 84.56.020. <br />VII. Any peraon having any record title or legal interest in the building <br />may appeal from this Notice and Order to tt�e Housinp, Advlsory and <br />Appeals Hoard. Such appenl must be in wrlting as i� required iu the <br />Uniform Houeing Code and filed with [he City of Everett within 30 days <br />from tiie date of service of this Natice and Order.
