If the owner elects to repair the building in accordance with the <br />current Uniform Building CoP.e, all required permita must be secured <br />therefore, and the work, including mowing and cleaning up the yard, <br />phyeically commenced within aixty (60) days of the date of thia <br />Order. All work muet be completed in compliance with the <br />requirements of the Building Code within ninety (90) days of the date <br />of this Oc�er. <br />V. <br />VI. <br />If tUe owner elects to demolish the building, all required permits I <br />muat be secured therefore within thicty i30) days of the date of this ' <br />Order. Any per.son having any record title or legal intereat in the huilding <br />may appeal from this Notice and Order to the Houaing Advieory and <br />Appeals Board. Such appeal must be in writing as ie required in the <br />Uniform Huusing Code and filed with the City of Everett Planning <br />Director within 30 days from the date of service of this Notice and <br />Order. Failure to appeal will conetitute a waiver of all right to an <br />administrative hearing and determination of the matter. <br />VIII.
