An inspection revealed the <br />building is a public nuisance. <br />The building is uninliabitable ia its present condition and shall remain vacnnt <br />until such time as the building is repaired in accordance with the current <br />Building Cade, or demoli:;he�l. <br />Your immediate attention is necescary to re:uedy these candit3ons.
