Section 303(b) of the Uniform <br />Buildic�g Code providas that permits expire by limitation and became null and <br />void if work authorizad by the permi.t is suspended or does not commence for a <br />period of 180 days. The Code also raquires final inspection prior to <br />occupancy for all permits issued, and it is the responsibility of the permit <br />holder to call for tha necessary inspections. <br />If you wish to reco¢mence work you may renew your permit at no cost for an <br />addit'.onal 180 day periad hy submitting a written reauest to this office. The <br />reneval request must reach us by December 14, 1990. If the work has been <br />completad, you may call for a final inspection before December 14, 1990. <br />Permits that have been neither finaled nor extended by December 14, 1990, will <br />ba retired.
