Since <br />' this expansion is less that 35� of the total square footage, she <br />�� was not required to put in the curbs, sidewalks, landscaping, <br />etc. that was originally required under SEPA ?3-91. <br />The microfiche history of this business shows that there have <br />been many permits issued and I have no history of enforcement <br />problems at this location. <br />She swears that there has been no expansion of the gravel lot. <br />She says that it has always been there. I can find no plans to <br />indicate otherwise. <br />From this information, it does not appear that we have enough to <br />go on for formal enforcement. Even if we did, this type of case <br />would probably be delayed few months since we are losinq one of <br />our staff inembers and our case load is at a record high. <br />if you find additional information and still feel we need to <br />proceed, let me know and I will p�t it on my list. I would need <br />some kind of an approved plan that shows the dimensions of the <br />gravel lot prior to any expansion or a photo that shows it. <br />Please call me if you have any questions.
