This permit will remain valid <br />until November 14, 1998. If work is begun within �hat time period, the permit may be <br />maintained in an active status by requesting inspettion at leazt once each 180 days co <br />document progress. If work ceases for more than 180 days, the permit will expire; the <br />Uniform Building Code stipulates that no permit shall be extended more than once.
