SacCion 303(b) of the Unifoxm <br />Buildi.ng Code provides that permits expire by limitation and becoma null and <br />void if work authorized by the permit is suspended or doas not commence for a <br />pariod of 180 days. The Code also requires final inspection prior to <br />accupancy for all permits issued, and it is the responsibility of the permit <br />holder to call for the necessary inspections. <br />If you wish to recommence work you may reiiew your permit at no cost for an <br />additional 180 day period by submitting a written reauest to this office. Tha <br />renewal request must reach us by December 14, 1990. If the work has been <br />completed, you may call for a final inspection before December 14, 1990. <br />Permits that have been neithet finaled nor extended by Deccsmber 14, 1990, will <br />be retired. Renawing the permit or obtaining an inspection will thereafter <br />require the payment of a fee. <br />You may mail ur deliver written raquests to our of.fice at 3200 Cedar Street, <br />Everett, Washington 98201.
