This not only <br />lets you know what you need to do but also when the Inspector will ba checking for particular <br />requlrements. Use the fortn to choose compl(ance options ihat best suft the economics and design ol ycur <br />project. <br />A designated department energy specialfst can heip you with your questions. Thts form w(II help you <br />comply with the WSEC as quickly and painlessly as possible. <br />Responsiblllty for Intormatlon: Although staff inembers will help you wfth general questions about <br />completfng thts form, it is ultimately your responsibility to provide detalled iMormation about heating <br />systems, glaztng, fnsulation, and other buildfng spec(f(cat(ons.
