This permit will remain valid until March 22, 1999. If work is begun within that <br />cime period, the permit may be maintained in an aaive status by requesting inspection at least <br />once each 180 days to document progress. If wor� ceases for more than 180 days, the permit <br />will expire; the Uniform Building Code stipulates that no permit shall be extended more than <br />once.
