They were <br />alarmed at th� wiring conditions and worried about a possible <br />fire. My inspe.ction confirmed that they were correct in <br />their concern of fire. There are so many code violations <br />made by inexperienced people on the added wiring, a serious <br />fire hazard exists. 2 noticed all circuits were overfused, <br />but the tenant told me lower amper fuse �oould not hold tt:e <br />load. The insulating sealing wax in the main fuses has m_lted <br />out from excesive heat caused by overload. The orater tan}: <br />feed was also t.apped from the range cirr.uit, which is not <br />allowed. <br />Because of the extreme danger of fire w: cannot let chis <br />rondition remain as is, so you are hereby being requcsted to <br />make immediate arrangements to have the wiring corrected by <br />a knowle8yable Blcctrical Contractor. <br />Would you please notify us when you can y�t started with <br />this project? <br />Respectfully <br />I,.
