It has been vacant for approximately three <br />yeara and is not locked. Neighborhood children can enter through a <br />aide window, and the front door ia unlocked. The grass in the yard <br />is about two feet high. There is every indication that it ia unihabitable <br />in its present condition, as the pipea frozP some time ago. <br />Please add this to you� list of inspections.
