To Ken Callahan
FnM Marian Dent ) C
oTE Jure 19, 1981
SUDJECT 7210 Beverly Lane
CITV O! [VRLTT, EVEHETT WASHING70N
On Arril 29, 1981 I inspected the above prnperty for a camper/trailer
being occupied per the complaints of neighbors in the area. I saw
what appeared to be a camper on the south side of ihe garage, and
there were some heavy duty electrical lines hooked u to the camper.
I tried to make contact with the occupants of the house, but there
was no one home.
On P1ay 22, 1981 I sent a letter to the Basic Bible Church of America
whose address is 7210 Beverly Lane and also record owner of the property.
The letter consisted of inforination pertaining to Title 17 of the
E.M.C. The letter was sent via certisied mail with a return receipt
requested. When the postal service delivered the letter, a Mr. Tom
Bly signed for it.
There has never been any response to the letter in which the owner
was given ten days to respond.
On June 11, 1981 I talked with Jim Iles about this matter and expressed my
concern about the City getting involved with the situation when Mr. Tom
Bly appears to be very much involved as well. Jim also expressed his
concern and we agreed that the matter should not be pursued any further
unless more complaints are received from the neighbors.
I have asked our office personnel not to accept any further complaints
concerning this matter unless the individuals are willing to put their
complaints in writing and give us their name and address or phone
number where they can be reached.
