These comments address building issues only, additional <br />revisions or additions may be required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning <br />or Fire). All references refer to the 1991 Uniform Building Code, as amended by the <br />State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 1994, 2nd Edition, unless <br />stated otherwise. <br />1. The new portable classroom must be located 10'-0" minimum from other <br />portables or buildings or must be of two hour rated construction per table 5A. <br />2. Risers on stairs must be closed per sec. 3106 (i)2. <br />3.
