If additional outlets are necessary, they must be installed in <br />accordance with the Electrical Code. <br />2. Mount the extension device to the computer table in the library. <br />3. Repair floor receptacle in science room. <br />4. The portable fire extinguisher(s) must be properly serviced, then tagged <br />and dated by a person authorized by this department to such work. <br />a. CO2 in the science room <br />5. Mount the extension device in Room 304. <br />6. Provide the dryer in the laundry room with a vent to the outside. <br />7. Mount the extension device to the portable desk/tables in Room 306. <br />8. This building shall be provided with illuminated exit signs as required by <br />the Uniform Building Code. <br />GYM <br />1. Provide a CO2 type extinguisher for the electrical room. <br />2. Install approved covers on the open electrical F:?rvice panel(s), junction <br />box(es), outlet(s) or switch(es). <br />a. light fixture In Rhythms Room. <br />Building #5 - All Purpose Room <br />1. Recommend providing a haion extinguisher for the computer class room. <br />2.
