PUBLIC WORKS PERMIT COMMENTS <br />4. As per Public',Vurks approved plan dated <br />5. Connect side sewer per City Standard #601. <br />6. Connect side se�ver per City Standar,l #'s 601, 602, 604. <br />7. Connect all rooftop downspouts lo the side sewer. <br />8. Connect rooftop downspouts to the drainage system provided for this lot. <br />Rooftop runoff must be discharged to a roof downspout infiltration system per City of Everett <br />Storm Manual 3-2.6.2. The approximate si�e trench is 3.5' wide, 2' deep and 25' long. See <br />attachment for more details. <br />The contractor must meet with the Public Works Inspector to discuss potential drainage <br />routing prior to beginning lhe project. <br />Install erosion control measures as determined by the Public Works inspector, such as silt <br />(ence, straw bales, swales, or erosion blankets. <br />Install erosion control measures per City of Everett Standards for smail parcels <br />Remove erosion control measures upon completion of the project prior to final approval of the <br />permit. <br />All excavated material from foundation, sidewalk and driveways shail be hauled to an <br />approved, permitled site. No wasting of malerial is allowed on this building lot. <br />15.
