4. <br />5� <br />6. <br />7. <br />8. <br />� <br />,� <br />PUBLIC WORKS PERMIT COMMENTS <br />As per Public Works approved plan dated _ <br />Cc inect side sewer per C!ty Standard #601. <br />Connect side sewer per City Standard #'s 601, 602, G04. <br />Connect all rooftop dc,wnsr.:,uts to the side sewer. <br />Connect rooftop downspouts to the drainage system provided for this lot. <br />9. RooRop runoff must be discharged to a reof downspout infiltration system per City of Everett <br />Storm Manual 3-2.6.2. The approximale size trench is 3.5' wide, 2' deep and 25' long. See <br />attachment for more details. <br />� <br />10. � The contractor must meet with the Public Works Inspector to discuss potential drainage <br />� routing prior to beginning the project. <br />11. Install erosion control measures as determined by the Public Works inspectur, such as silt <br />fence, straw bales, swales, or erosion biankets. <br />12.� Install erosion control measures per City o( Everett Standards for small parcels <br />13. <br />1 C. <br />Remove erosion control measures upon completion of the project prior to final approval of the <br />permit. <br />All excavated material trom foundation, sidewalk and driveways shall be hauled to an <br />approved, permitted site. Remove and replace curb, gutler and sidewalk as per City of Everett Standard Plan #'s 305A <br />& 306 on lhis proposal's frontage as di�ectad by the Public Works Inspeclor (i.e. all unused <br />driveways and any broken or damaged area must be replaced). <br />16. <br />17 <br />Install a Type I concrete driveway per City of Everett Standard #307. <br />Pave driveway from the front property line out to the street paving. <br />18. Contact the Water Di�trict for connecting provisions for this building's <br />water and se�n�er services. <br />A catch hasin as per City Standard Plan #402 with a gas trap per Standard Plan #410 is <br />required for the parking area. <br />If a sewer pump system is to be installed, the pressure line must discharge into a private <br />manhole, then gravity flow across the public right-of-way. <br />A sprinkler system is required for this building in compliance with the requirements of NFDA <br />Slandards 13D. <br />P':SCc�T,ments <br />z�L <br />
