Prior to any construction, wotk or any uther activity by Grantot on <br />the easement, a notification and plens for the same shall be suhmltted in�, <br />wrlting to the City by Contractar and no such crostruction, work or activity' <br />by Grantor shall be comnenced withwt City's prior written agreement that the, <br />Grantor's proposed construction, MOfI( or activity Mill not interfere with the� <br />City's easement granted herein; PROVIDED, FiOWEVER, any changes or revlsions in��, <br />the plans shall also be subject to City's prior agreement. The Clty's reviewl <br />of the Crantor's plans under this easement shall not be deemed to iirpose anyj <br />duty or obllgation on the City to determine the atlequacy or sufflclency ofl <br />Grantor's plans and designs nor whether Crantor's construction, work or <br />activity is 3n conformance wlth ather applica6le plans, codes and� <br />regulations. Further, agreement by the City to such construction, Nork orl <br />activity shall not in any manner be considered as imposing any obligatlon,� <br />duty cr liability upon the City as to the safety or propriety of suchi <br />i <br />construction, xork or activity. � <br />3. Grantor hereby authorizes City to cut, trim and remove an;� antl all <br />brush, trees, other vegetation or debrls upon the easement and the right of <br />access Por such purposes. Grantor also authocizes the City to cut, trim and <br />remove any and all brush, trees, other vegetation and debrls on Grantor's <br />property which, in the City's reasonable judgment, constitutes a hazard to the <br />easement and the rSght of access for such purposes. <br />4.
