Crantor hareby authorizes City to cut, trim and remova any and all <br />brush, trees, other vegetatlon or debris upon the easement and the right of <br />access for such purposes. Grantor also authorizes the Ci�y to cut, trim and <br />remove any and all bzush, trees, other vegatation and debris on Grantor's <br />property which, in tha City's reasonabla judgment, constitutes a hazard to the <br />easemant and �ho right of accass for such purposes. <br />4. T.�e Grantor agrees that title to all brush, trees, other vegetation or <br />debris,trimmed, cut and removed from the easement pursuant to this Agreement, <br />and also a21 brush, trees, other vegetation or debris trimmed, cut and removed <br />from Crantor's land pursuant to this Agreement is vested in the City, and thac <br />eha consideration paid for conveying said nasement and rights herein dascribed <br />ls accepted as full compensation for all damages incidental to the exercise of <br />any of said rights. <br />5. In the event Ctantor places any improvemFnts on the easemant or <br />constructe anything on the easement without first having obtained the written <br />approval of the City Engineer, tha Grantor shall cease all such activity snd <br />remove any and all improvements placed thereon without the vritten agraement <br />of the Gity Engineer. In the event Grantor fails to obtain prior approval, <br />Grantor hereby authorizes the City to remove any and all improvements placed <br />or constructed thereon and hold the City, its of:icers, employees and agents <br />harmless from damaga caused to, said improvements from Yemoval thereof. <br />Grantor further agrees to pa� che City for any and all costs incurred by the <br />City in removing the improvements.
