I. On June 13, 1980, the City of Everett Building Official has found the building which is located on the above legally described property to be substandard. The following deficiencies render the building substandard pursuant to Section 1001 of the 1976 Edition of the Uniform t(ousing Code.: �. All vital systems have been destroyed, this includes plumbing, heating and electrical. g. The structure is deteriorated beyond 508 of its valuation, creating a negative support within the framing members. C. The Luilding and premises are littered with debris and the yard is overgrown with weeds. D. 'lhe structure is open to the public and is a nuisance therefore creating a hazardous situation to children playing in the area. II. The buildin9 shall either be repaired in accordance with the current Ur.iforts Building Code or shall bc demolished. IlI. Since t:�e bui.ldin9 is presently uninhabitable in its present condition, it shall remain vacant until such time as the building is repaired in accordance �aith the current Uniform Building Code or demolished.
