The structure was demolislied but apparently aome debris remains. <br />The debrt is an eyesore for your neighbora nnd e liability for you. <br />You have been contaeted on prior occasions end eaked to remove the debris. Besed <br />upon your lack of rcaponse, it's epperent that you don't tntend to reetiPy the <br />p�oblem. <br />When you took out a permit to demolish the atrueture, you were 3addled with the <br />responsibtlity of not only properly demolishing the structure, but also eleaning up <br />all debris trom the demnlition. Despite the pnssage of time, your obllgation to <br />clean up the debris remains outstanding. <br />This matter has been forwarded to this office for review. 1'he City is willing to <br />cooperete with you. But besed upon my reading of the flle, it's apparent that you <br />don't intend to ecoperatt. Therefore, you leeve the City no alternetive but to <br />proceed leyelly !o obtain the necessary cooperetlon.
