This Ensement Agreement may be �erminnted and abandoned <br />by Grmitee upon �he giving of 60 days' prior wrivan notice to Grantor and Ihe removing of Ihe <br />facilitics fram thc Propcny. Upon such terminotion and removnl, Grontee shall record such <br />documents at its expenu ns arc necessary to abandon the easement. <br />6. Non-Interference.
