The water servico apparently has no stop and drain gate valve. <br />3. The water heater has no relief valve. <br />4. The laundry tray and clothes washer waste and vent piping <br />does not comply with the code. <br />Electrical: <br />1. Service is inadequate. <br />2. Kitchen and dining area, two grounded utility circuit needed. <br />3. Bathroom grounded outlet needed, light to be groundeu also. <br />4. list water tank to be on M wire. <br />5. Washing machine to be on separate circuit. <br />6.
