<br />provide safe and efficient facilities for vehicle and pedeatrian traffic� and
<br />Wt�REAS, Ordinance No. 555-78 requires, in part, a developer to improve
<br />street and alley rights-of-wayj or at the discretion of the City Enqineer, a
<br />daveloper may canvey and execute in the fawr oP the City of Everatt an
<br />inevocable power of attorney for tha sole puzpose of castinq a vote, si.qning
<br />a petition or othexwise assentinq to the formation of a Local Impmvement
<br />District.

<br />constitutad and appointed and by thesa presents does make, constituta tsnd
<br />appoint the City as tne and lawful attorney for it and in its nama, place
<br />and stead, and as an irrewct�ble pmxy to caet a wte for approval, by
<br />petition or otherwise, of any Local Impnovement Diatrict hereafter Pormed by
<br />the City, ita esuccessor or ot:her property awners in a benefit ar�a encQmpasa:
<br />for ultimate stzeet and related improvements puzsuent to Ordinance No. 555-78,
<br />as it preaentiy existe or is hereafter�amended or supplanted.
