Bcech St. Permit number <br />B0108-008. <br />Per your inst.ructions I'm giving you written answers to your questions. I will pose your <br />questions first then my answers will follow in Italics. <br />1.) Provide Elevations at propeny corners and at the midpoints of the proposed location <br />of the garaqe. (Existing grade) The ProperYy per our Bul[ding Rep is basica!/y J1a1. <br />There �s no s(ope, so a1 [he midpoint it is only a 6" rise jf 1hat. <br />2.) Revised plans sl�owing correct building height including plate height and roof pitch. <br />The plans have been revtsed showing the bui/ding efevalions including �he concre�e <br />Jloor. Since we have no sil! plale on a Post Frame garoge fhe e[evations will on/y <br />include fhe 4" concrele Jloor. The roof pitch ts on �he bullding e%vatlons section <br />wrinen tn the roojorea. <br />3.) All plans submitted for building permits bearing the stamp of a licensed Washington <br />State Structural Engineer arc required to be wet stamped and counter signed. The <br />Plans have been taken lo JRN Englneering and have 6een wet s�amped and <br />rounter signed by Ron Riach oM�aer und lead engineer a1 JRR Engineering. <br />Please call me if there is anything further that you may require for this building <br />application. <br />Jim <br />
