This structure exceeds the fifteen foot max!MLM <br />height for an accessory structure as provided for in Section 19.16.060(4) of <br />the Everett Municipal Code, the City's Zoning Regulations which were in <br />effect at that time, as well as the current Zoning Ordinance (No. 1671-89) <br />which contains the same height restrictions. <br />To correct this violation it may be necessary to lower the height of this <br />structure to conform with the zoning code, or to seek relief under the <br />variance provisions of the ordinance. <br />Please contact me at your earliest convenience and not later than <br />April 19, 1991 to schedule a meeting to discuss this situation.
