Sroufe <br />6231 Beech Street <br />Everett, WA 98ZD <br />RE: (107-9 <br />Dear Mr. Sroufe: <br />VIA CERTIFIED MAIL <br />RETURN --RECEIPT REQUESTED <br />6231 Beech Street, Everett, WA <br />APR .9 1991 <br />ciiy & f... <br />............. <br />Public Works Dept. <br />It has been brought to out attention and verified through on -site inspection <br />that you completed construction of a two story accessory structure in your <br />rear yard at 6231 Beech Street in the R-2 Single Family Medium Density <br />Residential Use Zone in 1989. This structure exceeds the fifteen foot max!MLM <br />height for an accessory structure as provided for in Section 19.16.060(4) of <br />the Everett Municipal Code, the City's Zoning Regulations which were in <br />effect at that time, as well as the current Zoning Ordinance (No. 1671-89) <br />which contains the same height restrictions. <br />To correct this violation it may be necessary to lower the height of this <br />structure to conform with the zoning code, or to seek relief under the <br />variance provisions of the ordinance. <br />Please contact me at your earliest convenience and not later than <br />April 19, 1991 to schedule a meeting to discuss this situation.
