However, ve can't proceed with <br />the repairs until en easement has been recorded, granting <br />the City the legel righte to maintain and repair the atorm <br />drain. <br />Please cell the undarsigned at 259-8855 if you are willing <br />to grant the City an eesement. An easement vill then be <br />forwarded for your signature. <br />Pleaee be advised that the City is agreeing to repair thP <br />storm drain only.
