This <br /> ordinance establishes minimum m��intenance requirements for stnictures in the CBD in <br /> an eKort lo keep the streetscape vibrant and attraclive. <br /> The nrdinance becomes eftective September 1, 2009. A full copy of the ordinance is <br /> enclesed with this letter.
