LARSON, ) FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS <br /> 2 ) IN APPEAL FROM DETERNIIT�TA- <br /> Appellant. ) TInN OF BUILDLNG INSPECTOR/ <br /> 3 ) OFFICIAL <br /> 4 <br /> 5 <br /> This matter having come on regularly before the City of Everett Board of <br /> 6 • <br /> � Adjustment with Board members BAIRD, BLACK, KRISTIANSON, and RUSSELL <br /> 8 present; Board member BERG was not present and took no part in this deter- <br /> 9 mination. <br /> 10 Thls matter was brought before the Board by Rebert Larson who ar�pealed <br /> 11 a deterrninat!on by the City of Everett Building Inspector/Official that no Zoning <br /> 12 C�,de vt•�iatfon was occurring at 115 Bridgeway, Everett, �Nashington. <br /> 13 � <br /> T'..�. �.�rd opened the meeting to all those present who desired to speak to <br /> 14 <br /> the issue of w},ether the owners' of 115 Bridgeway, Mr, and Mrs. Sabine, were <br /> 15 <br /> utilizing the subject property for purposes not permitted by the Zoning Code of <br /> 16 <br /> 17 the City of Everett. <br /> �8 The Boa�d having heard from all those present who desired to spezk and <br /> 19 havina c�nsidered the applicable provisions of the 2oning Code, m�kes the <br /> 2� following findings: <br /> 2� 1. 115 Bridgeway is located in an R-1 Single Family, Low Density <br /> 2Z '" Residenttal7.one. <br /> 23 2. 'fhe residence at 115 Bridgeway is occupted by ?�4r. .and Mrs. �ale <br /> • Sabine. <br /> � 24 <br /> 3. ?�9r. and Mrs. Sabine operate a business known as "Thrifty Towing". <br /> 25 <br /> 26 9. The nature of the Sabines' business is that of emergency road vehicles <br /> providing aid to disabled vehicles on a 24 hour basis. <br /> Z7 . <br /> • 5. "Thrifty Towing" has three emergency ro�d vehicles and has three <br />, 28 Iicensed operators for tnose vehicles, Nlr. and �4rs.
