Sabine, were <br /> IS <br /> utilf zing the sub)ect property for purposes not permitted by the Zoning Code of <br /> 16 <br /> �� 'I the City of Lverntt. <br /> � <br /> 18 ' The II�ard having heard from all those present who desired to speak and <br /> I9 having cnnsidered the apolicable provisions of the 7oning Code, makes the <br /> Z� ! following findings: <br /> Z1 II 1. 115 Bridgeway is located in an R-1 Single Family, Low Density <br />', 22 ; ' Residential Zone. <br /> Z3 �I 2. The residence at 115 Lridgeway is occupied by A7r, and �rtrs. �ale <br /> 24 IIiSabine. <br /> ! 3. 97r. and n9:s. Uabine operate a business known as "Thrifty Towing" . <br />, 25 i <br /> ' 4. The nature of the Sa�ines' business is that of emergency road vehicles <br /> 2G nrovi�!ing aid to disabled vehicles on a 24 hour basis. <br /> i 27 '� <br />, I� S. "Thrifty Tewing" Y�as three emergency road vehicles and has three <br /> Zg i' licensed operators for those vehicles, R4r. and r4rs. Sabine and one <br /> employee. <br /> 29 <br /> 6.
