TiUe 19j . <br /> The following findings were made: <br /> 1. 115 Bridge�vay is located in an R-1, Single-Family, Lorv Density Residence <br />� Zon��. ' <br />� 2. The residence at 115 Bridgervay is occupied by nlr. and 91rs. Dale Sabine. <br />� 3. n1r. and 11rs. Sabine operate a business knotvn as "Thrifty Toi:�ing" in <br /> addition to blr. Sabine's employment as a police officer of the City oC Ecerett. <br /> 4. The Sabine's pince of bt�siness for their towing busincss is 5701 Evergreen <br />� �4ay, Gverett, 14ashington , also the location of Cy Richard's Bodp Shop. <br /> The SaUines pay rent, store automobi]es, have a telephonc and office <br /> equipment at this ]ocation. <br />� ��+, 5. The nature of the Sabinr.'s busin�ss is that of emergency road vehides, <br /> �'�� licensed with thc Statc of I4ashir.gton. "Thrifty 'Powir.�" has a contract <br /> tvith the AutomoUile As:�c�ciation oC America (AAA) to scrvice the �rea in <br /> and around Bverett on n 29-hour call Uasis . <br /> 6. "Thrifty To�ving" hns thrce emergency road vehicles and three licensed <br /> operata�s for those vchicles, ltr. and 1lrs. Sabine and ene employee. <br /> 7. 111r. aud 11rs. S�Uine generally park their tmo trucks at thc residence <br /> ivhen thcy ure home; as a result, there are sometimes tn•o trucks parked <br />�� at the residence.
