Sabine, were <br /> IS � <br /> utilizing the subject property for purposes not permitted by the Zoning Code of <br /> 16 <br /> 17 the City of Everett. <br /> lg The Board having heard from all those present who desired to speak and <br /> 19 having c�nsidered the applicable provisions of the Zoning Code, m�kes the j <br /> �H <br /> 2� following findings: � <br /> 21 1. 115 Bridgeway is located in an R-1 Single Family, Low D�;,sity <br />, � <br /> ZZ ' Pesidential Zone. <br /> ' 23 2. The residence at 115 Bridgeway is occupied by �4r. .and !dlrs. Dale <br /> : Sabine. <br /> 24 • <br /> 3. A4r. and Mrs. Sabine operate a business knov�n as "Thrifty Towing". <br /> 25 � <br /> 26 9. The nature of the Sabines' business is that of emergency road vehicles <br /> providing aid to disabled vehicles on a 29 hour basis. <br /> • 27 . <br /> • 5. "Thrifty Towing" has three emergency road vehicles and has three <br /> 28 licensed operators for those veliicles, Mr, and �4rs. Sabine and one <br /> employee. <br /> 29 <br /> G. Mr, and �9rs. Sabine park their two (2) tow trucks at the residence � <br /> 30 when they are at that location; as a result there can be two tow trucks <br /> 31 at the residence. �Yhen the employce is at the restdence a third tow <br /> truck is present. <br /> 32 � j <br /> . . � -• . . <br />
