Verizon Northwest has facilities near lhis localion. However, any building entrances must <br /> be coordinated at least 60 days in advance. The cost of any relocalion of Verizon facilities <br /> that is required io construcl lhe new apa�tments will be at the total expense of the <br /> developer. Any relocation will lake 60 to 120 days. Provided that an acceptable combination of conduit and/or trenching is <br /> incorporated into the projecl to accommodate Verizon's entrance cable, there will be no <br /> costs to lhe developer for Verizon's cable. <br /> If a rearrangement of existing cables on premises or on the right-of-way is necessary, <br /> appropriate charges will be eslimated and Verizon's Guaraniy of Payment form will be <br /> (onvarded to you (or your signalure. Prior to commencement of Verizon's engineering for <br /> such rearrangement, a deposit will be required.
