<br /> Assistan[ Fire Marshal and ,lohn Farrens, Plan Checker on March 23,
<br /> 1971. The building has two e:ci[s and [wo eiectric lieaters. 6oth
<br /> :rce adequate for �� [emporary Certificate of pccupancy. The Assis[ant
<br /> ['ire ;Iarshal recommended that one - 5" all purpose fire extinguisher
<br /> bc installed in the building for ase in cnse of minor fires. The
<br /> excellen[ condition of the building will tulfill our Eirs[ require-
<br /> ment of [he conditional use permit as discussed by telephone today.
<br /> ide will issue a conditional temporary Certificate of Occupancy for
<br /> [he building, The conditions being that (11 a building permit will
<br /> Ue issued for your new building by ,Iuly 1, 1971 and (21 you will
<br /> occupy the new building by December 31, 1971. The conditional
<br /> temporary Certificate of Occupancy will expire on ,Ianuary 1, 1972
<br /> and will not be renewed for your temporary quarters at 1114 South
<br /> Sroadway. Failvre to comply with condition (1) wiil automatically
<br /> invalidate the conditional Certificate of Occupancy.
