This inspection revealed the following <br /> discrepancies which must be corrected prior to occupancy. <br /> 1. All donrs need to be repaired or replaced to insura a <br /> tight weather barier. Section 1707 UBC. <br /> 2. It appears that the foundation supporting the buildi,.� i� <br /> inadequate. The foundation shall comply or made to comply <br /> with Section 2907 of the Building Code. <br /> • 3. Several rafter cross ties indicate structural failure. <br /> lhese ties shail be replaced br repaired to the satisfaction <br /> of a professional engineer registered in the State of <br /> Washington. <br /> 9. The roof rafters appear to be over spanned. These rafters <br /> shall be of a size as set forth in Section 2518 (g) 2. <br /> 5. The exterior walls appear not to be t-ue and plumb. All <br /> walls which are not so shall be made true and plumb. <br /> 6. There appears to be a quanity of deteriorated wood in the <br /> structure. All such wood shall be removed and replaced <br /> with new wood and where wooc3 bears against concrete in • <br /> contact with the ground all such wood shall be of a type <br /> set forth in Section 2517 (c) 3 of the Buildinq Code. <br /> • 7.
