�� <br /> Report of Zoning Violation <br /> at 1120 IIroadw�, Robert Finke property <br /> On or about 2 February 1971, Robert Royce and Douglas IIudden, Everetc <br /> Housing Inspectors, and duly authorized representatives of the City of <br /> EvereCt Building Official, observed 3 busses parked on Mr. Finke's property <br /> at 1120 Aroadway in tlie City of Everett. One buss had a "For Sale" sign <br /> in the window. Mr. Finke stated to the inspeceorstltat one buss was for <br /> sale and one other buss had been sold, There was no smooth dust free surface <br /> of gravel, blacktop, or concrete on a 5000 square foot area as required <br /> by Section 15.04.230 of the City of Everett 2oning Code. Records of the <br /> City of Everett indicated Mr. Finke had been issued a used car dealers <br /> license on 7-22-70. On February 2, 1971, Robert Royce personally delivered <br /> a letter to Mr. Finke ordering compliance wiCh the Zoning Code within 15 days. <br /> A copy of the letter is al•tached.
