Robcrt Pinke was notiEied of this problem on Piay 13, 1970, Pfr, <br /> rinl:e has only made a tolcen effort to solve this problem and has moved buses on and off <br /> thc lot several times since. <br /> Tlic L•berett Plurabing Inspector made a routine inspection of the Motel Complex on <br /> August 19, 1970 and notified PIr, Pinl:e of several plumbing violations. 9n Clectrical <br /> inspection was made on PeUruary 7, 1971 by tiie City Electrical Inspector, Tlie owner <br /> was notified of several electrical problems also. Mr, Pinke made no atte�t to <br /> correct these deficiencics. <br /> A joint inspeceion of the Piotel caas made on I'eUruary 11, 1971 by the Snohomish County <br /> liealth Department, Tlie LDerett I'ire Piarshal and the L•`trerett IIuilding Department, A <br /> list oE violations was made available to P1r. Pinke. <br /> The �lectrical Inspector made a reinspection on rebruary 7, 1972 and found tlie service <br /> drops lying on ehe roof, <br /> The State of TJashington made an inspection of the Dfotel on September 12, 1972 and <br /> rejected .Ir. Pinlces state license. <br /> 17ie L•t�erett rire Piarshal cited severa.l violations of the Fire Code on OcCober 18, 1972. � <br /> A reinspection by the Plunbing Inspector on A'ovemUer 13, 1972 revealed that tliere liad <br /> been no repairs made and tiiat the units were further deteriorated, <br /> On OctoUer 20, 1972 a lethcr was mailed to .Ir. Finlce in regards to violations of the <br /> zoning ordinance; specificaily�junk autos ott his sales lot. <br /> A correction letter was mai.led to :fr, I'inlce on December 5, 1972 directing him to repair <br /> the property, There was no responsc to this lettcr. <br /> A notice oi unsafe Uuilding was issued to rir. Pinke on PcUruary 28, 1973 c�liich also <br /> directed repair of the property, Tliis noCice was unheeded. <br /> �1h;n•��— <br /> The mztter was referred to the City Council on Piay 30, 1973, and�was orZ sed vacated <br /> and repaired, �olice of the Council Order was delivered to Mr. Pinlce on May 31, 1973. <br /> The Fire Department responded to a fire in Che south complex on SepeemUer 3, 1973. <br /> There was approximately $1,000.00 damage to the structure a�d injury to onc fireman. <br /> Although Ps. Finlce has made several trips to City Hall to gain infornation relaCivc t•o <br /> the repair of the property he has noe applied for a perniit to repair nor has he made <br /> any repairs. <br /> On PcUruary G, 1974 �ae reccived a co;�laint tl�at Mr. Pinke was renting out 2 oE the <br /> uiuts in violatian of the council ordcr. At thic time we issucd a new Notice of Unsa£e <br /> IIuilding which ordered the demolition oi the sCructure within 60 days. <br /> , � <br /> �� ,��:�`��Y <br /> , _ .. <br />
