1120 Broadway <br /> - Rol�ert Finke <br /> Continued <br /> On February 6 , 1974 we received a complaint that Mr. Finke was renting <br /> out two of the units in violation of the Council Order. At this time cae <br /> ].�sued a new Notice of Unsafe Bui iing whicYi ordered the demolition of <br /> the structure within 60 days. <br /> As the Notice was unclaimed on Februacy 14, 1974 we delivered the Notice <br /> by personal service. <br /> A Building Officials Aearing was held on April 18 , 1974 . Mr. Finke was <br /> present and, at that time, agr�ed to demolish the metal complex by August <br /> 1, 1974. We mailed a letter tu Mr. Finke on April 24 , 1974 which out- <br /> lined the requirements of the demolition. <br /> Mr. Finke obtained a dem� ' ition permit on Apr.il 26 , 1974 . <br /> On June 7 , 1979 an inspection of tlie site revealed that demolition is in <br /> progress. (Photos) <br /> � We received a complaint from a neighbor on June 24 , 1974 . <br /> A re-inspection of the site on July 31, i97�1 showed vezy little progress. <br /> Only one of the 12 units was razed. At this time we gave Pir. rinke <br /> rrritten notice oP a Council Presentation. <br /> � <br /> � <br />
