The minimum width of planting areas is meet this requirement is 4 feet, or 3 feet inside of curbing. The site plan submitted for SEPA review does noti show sufficient interior landscaping. Additional landscaping must be provided in the interior of the two parking areas. If excess right-of-way exists on the frontaqe, the City may allow a portion of the right-of-way to be landscaped in lieu of some interior landscaping. A landscape strip a minimum of 5 feet wide must be provided along the entire west property boundary north of the alley per Section 19.42.030 of the Z�ning Code. This is not currently shown adjacent to the driveway and the site plan must be revised to provide the landscaping in that area.
