With the addition of the following items, the plans are approved. 1. All food service equipment shall meet the requirements of the National Sanitation Foundation, N.S.F., or equivalent. 2. The interior of the walk-in cooler is classified as "splash zone". The surfaces must be smooth, and of an easily cleanable and corrosion resistant material. Paint is not to be used. 3. You did not submit a plumbing schedule. The following items ' must be addressed: A. There shall be no direct connection between the sewerage system and any drains originating from equipment in which food, portable equipment or utensils aze placed. B. The condensate drainline of the walk-in cooler is going to drain where7 C. A mop sink is needed for this establishment. Submit proposed location. 4. The handwashing sinks throughout shall be provided with hot and cold water tempered by means of a mixing valve or combination faucet, hand-cleansing soap and towels. • ! S.
