With the addition of the fallowing, the plans are <br /> approved. <br /> I. The Health District operating permit application process must be completed prior to opening for <br /> business. <br /> 2. All light flxlures in food preparation and stornge areas must be provided with covers or shatterproof <br /> bulbs. <br /> l0. Plumbing must mcet state and local codes. <br /> 1 L Thc ventilution system shall bc installed and operated ro meet applicable buildins, �nechanical, and <br /> fire codes. ` <br /> A pre-uperational inspection is required prior to opening for business. At the time of inspection the <br /> construction of the food service establishment must be complete and all equipment must be in place. <br /> Incompletc constivction may result in a S1d0.00 reinspection fee. Contact the Food Program office a <br /> minimum of one �veek in advance to schedule an appointment.
