Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact <br /> th.a surrounding properties. (SEPA Earth, Land and Shoreline <br /> Use Policies) <br /> 2. Screening of all outd�:,r refuse disposal areas must be provided <br /> so that they ar.e not visible from adjacent properties or public <br /> rights-of-way. The disposal areas must be st:�wn on the site <br /> plan submitted for building permits. (SEPA Aesthetics <br /> Policies) <br /> 3. North Sroadway is designated in the City�s General Plan as a <br /> "gateway" corridor to the City of Everett. The policies in the <br /> Genera? Plan state that standards should be placed on projects <br /> to obtain "high quality�' landscapinq a.n gateway areas. The <br /> City is especially concerned with landscaping of the frontage. <br /> A landscaping plan for this proposal, which complies with all of <br /> the standards listed in this DNS must be reviewed and approved <br /> by t'��: Planning Department prior to the issuance of any Building <br /> Per:::9t�. for thi:; proposal. (SEPA Land and Shoreline Use <br /> Policies) <br /> 4 . The Gen�ra3 Pl.an pol.ici�s also encourage that signage in <br /> �'ga•�eora,�'' .t .:.,a be regulat.ed.
