Rodgers Electric will work out <br /> final agreement with City. <br /> 3) Plumbin4: PVC waste with Copper water piping will be <br /> acceptable - downspout drains in crawl space will also be <br /> cavered under pl�mbing division. <br /> 4) Inspections: 210 special inspections will be required by <br /> independent labs , unless field inspector suspects <br /> potential problems such as sub-standard soil conditions, <br /> etc. Building Inspectors to be scheduled a minimum of 24 <br /> hours in advance. <br /> 5) GWB at Shower Units: Ken Jackson to research subject and <br /> advise contractor oi acceptabie methods . <br /> E) Foundation Venting: Contractor to make propos;al to Ben <br /> Edwards for. his approval. <br /> 7) Shear wall requiremer.t: Ben Edwards to :eseacch subject <br /> and advise contractox of acceptable methods . <br /> 8) Roof Venting: Contractor to make proposal to 13en EGaards <br /> for his approval. <br /> 9) Post Beam Construction: No special bracing required. <br /> 10) Ritchenette Unit Layout: Ben Edwards will review <br /> ravision and advise. <br />
