Because they lacked sanitary facilities <br /> in the structure, they resulted to dimiping their excrement and other waste on <br /> the gro�md of the premises. <br /> The property in question is a single family residence and has not gone through <br /> the proper channels for use as a duplex. <br /> The accessor building is illegal to occupy for habitable purposes as it does <br /> not have sanitary facilities. <br /> Your imnediate attention is required in correcting these conditions.
