The <br /> rer.ewal requast must reach us by Dacember 14, 1990. If the work has been <br /> completed, you may call for a final inspection before December 14, 1990. <br /> Permits that have been neither Pinaled nor extended by December 14, 1990, will <br /> be retired. Renewing the permit or obtaining an inspection will thereafter <br /> require the payment of a fee. <br /> You may mail or deliver written requests to our office at 3200 Cedar Street, <br /> Everett, iJashington 98201.
