There are <br /> several children living and playing in the area of this building. Transients <br /> have been seen in the building several times and, fires have been set inside the <br /> structure. The owners, William and Dorothy Chin, were issued a 6uilding Official <br /> Notice and Order on March 24, 1983 and were duly served the Notice 'and Order on <br /> Narch 28, 1983. The owners have not complied with the requirements of the Order <br /> �thich required repairs or demolition of the building. Mr. and Mrs. Chin have been <br /> notified of this Council meeting.
