Please submit two sets of drawings with a response letter <br /> indicating how corrections are resolved on the plan set. All required submittals must be of <br /> sufficient detail and information to ensure that the proposed structure will be constructed in <br /> compliance with all adopted codes. Additional revisions may be necessary before a permit can <br /> be issued. <br /> We take exception to the comment received on the letter submitted April 2, dated March 26, <br /> "state licensing regulations supersede IBC calculations". If there is something specific in the <br /> state licensing regulations that you would like to discuss relative to the IBC code requirements, <br /> please let us know, and provide us with the documentation necessary to review your concern. <br /> General <br /> 1. Previous comment: To identify what is being proposed as new work on this permit, <br /> please revise the drawings as follows: <br /> a. New work should be indicated with dark lines. Existing work should be indicated <br /> as light lines, and demolition work should be indicated with dashed lines. <br /> b. The drawings should be clear enough that the scope of the new work and <br /> demolition couid be understood and built by someone other than the submitter. <br /> Please darify the elevations and materials in the new play area and new <br /> surrounding fence. <br /> 2. Please change the Floor references from upper, main and lower levels to be first, <br /> basement, and second level, per the Fire Department. On plans where more than one <br /> floor is shown, please include those Floor numbers on the plan sheet and drewing index. <br /> 3. Please indicate the new fencing construction on the plans, to indude gate hardware and <br /> size. <br /> Construdion <br /> 1.
