Based upon the square footage of the building, a minimum of five on-site parking spaces must be provided. <br /> The required parking must be per Ciry Zoning Code and Ciry Design and Construction Standards. To <br /> meet d�is requirement, the removat or modification of the existing carport stmcture may be necessary. <br /> Note: The parking space requirement dces not include the use of the unfinished basement. If the basement <br /> is to be used in the future, a re-evaluation of the parking requirements must be conducted. <br /> 2. A Building Permit is required to legalize the change of use for the building. <br /> 3. Accessibiliry for the disabled is required. <br /> 4. Landscaping is required for the proposal. A water meter is required for this commercial use. Owner must contact the Ciry's Utiliry Setvices to <br /> request installation prior to building permits being issued. <br /> 6. The side sewer for this use must be upgtaded to meet Ciry Standards for commercial use. <br /> 7.
