The requirements center on facility <br /> registration, pertnitting new equipment, requirement to install vapor recovery equipment and operation <br /> and maintenance of equipment. <br /> New gas stations with gasoline storage tanks with a capaaty of greater than 1000 gallons will need to: <br /> - apply for a Notice of Construction per Regulation I, Section 6.03 <br /> -; 'register facility with PSAPCA per Regulation I, Section 5.03 <br /> - install Califomia Air Resources Board (CARB) approved Stage 1 and 2 vapor recovery equipment <br /> per Regulation II, Section 2.07 <br /> - pertortnance test the vapor recovery equipment using CARB approved test methods <br /> Once the station is in operation the owner will need to develop an Operation and Maintenance Plan per <br /> Regulation I, Section 5.05(e). PSAPCA has a generic operation and Maintenance Plan available upon <br /> request. <br /> I have enclosed a Notice of Construction Application and copy of, Sections 6.03, 5.03 and 5.05(e) of <br /> Regulation I and Section 2.07 of Regulation II.
