With the addition of the ollowing, the plans are approved. <br /> L As of January 1, 1999 any food service establishment advertising the availabiliry of tobacco or robacco <br /> products is subject to Snohomish Health Disvict Board of Health Resolution 98-24. This cesolution <br /> contains regulations goveming outdoor advertisement of robacco and robacco products. FuRher <br /> information on Resolution 98-24 is on the enclosed information sheet. <br /> 2. Plumbing must meet state and loc:il codes. <br /> A preoperation:il inspection is required prior to opening for business. At the 6me of inspection the <br /> construction of the food service establishment must be complete and :ill equipment must be in place. <br /> Incomplete construction may result in a $130.00 reinspection fee. Please contact the Food Program <br /> oftice a minimum of one week in ad��ance to schedule an appointment. This will ensure compliance <br /> with the Rules and ReQulations of the State Board of Health for Food Service Sanitation. <br /> If there are any significant changes or additions to your layout or equipment, the Snohomish Health <br /> District must be notitied. <br /> Please contact me if you have any questions.
